Docker container does not exists

This is not available:

docker run quay.io/prometheuscommunity/avalanche --help

The old one, referring freshtracks.io, works.

That command uses the default tag, which is "latest". The correct image uses the tag "main".
Try with:
quay.io/prometheuscommunity/avalanche:main
