[kube-state-metrics] Add enableServiceLinks to values

For security reasons we would like to be able de disable the service links on kube-state-metrics and on all the deployments

Describe the solution you'd like.

Simply adding enableServiceLinks: true in the values referenced in the pod spec would be more than enough
