[prometheus-node-exporter] doesn't need both /host/proc and hostPID=true

One of them is indeed redundant. Having removed the volume mount, we could keep hostPID, although I doubt any user is going to unset it as most of the node exporter's collector functionality depends on it. The volume mount is currently not optional.
