I'd been using https://grafana.com/grafana/dashboards/1617-systemd-service-dashboard/ but now that I look, that's for (old) node_exporter with systemd collector...

With latest version of systemd_exporter, systemd-resolved metrics are also available with --systemd.collector.enable-resolved option.
