IIS collector time metrics value are in wrong format

Current Behavior

windows_iis_current_application_pool_start_time return integer values < 50000 that doesn't look like unix timestamp

Expected Behavior

We expect values as unix timestamp.
Values are correct in v0.29.1

Steps To Reproduce

Enable IIS collector and look at time metrics values

Environment

• windows_exporter Version: 0.31.3
• Windows Server Version: 2022, 2025

windows_exporter logs

Nothing in the logs

Anything else?

Bellow the affected metrics I found (maybe there are others):

Is it an incremental counter? Feel like relative time since start

The underlining counter? no idea. We are upgrading from 0.29.1 to 0.31.3 and the change was obvious but I don't know if it's expected or not. We do not use those metric currently so we are not affected but maybe someone else will be.
