alertmanager to push messages to custom rest endpoint or kafka

Is there any way to add either custom rest endpoint to receive all alerts or kafka to receive all alerts ?

You can create a webhook and send alerts to that? https://prometheus.io/docs/alerting/latest/configuration/#webhook_config explains how to do this.
