Silence button does not work for some labels

What did you do?

The Silence button does not work for some labels. For example, clicking the Silence button for label_with_quotes opens the URL http://127.0.0.1:9093/#/silences/new?filter=%7Blabel_with_quotes%3D%22%22Hello%22%22%22%7D:

However, the matchers field is blank:

There are no errors in the console.

What did you expect to see?

I expected to see label_with_quotes="\"Hello\"\""
