Does this work with the new Github scoped tokens?

I made a new token with the following permissions

```
 Read access to metadata
 Read and Write access to code, commit statuses, deployments, issues, and pull requests
```

But deployments fail with

```
!! failed to list releases: GET https://api.github.com/repos/Lusitaniae/apache_exporter/releases: 401 Bad credentials []

Exited with code exit status 1
```
