Vend multiple packages?

With frameworks specifics PRs like #72 I wonder if it would be good to have generic core utilities in signal-utils and framework integrations in packages named like react-signal-utils, etc.

Ye! This would require we also set up script orchestration, like turbo, or something, so that packages build in the correct order (for tests, ci, etc)

Wireit is quite good at that without taking everything over.
