Inaccessible git repo in requirements.txt

Having an issue installing all of the required eggs to get the code to function. I am highly interested in this project and would love to use your code as a starting point.

Wanted to clarify this issue a bit:

pposttl fails to install via pip.
nlp egg fails to install due to an inaccessible git repository.

Seems to also be an issue with the pposttl line. Both in requirements.txt
