Incorrect list of files in .bin folder

protobuf.js version: 6.8.4

After upgrading to yarn 1.5.1 package stopped working.
When I install package using yarn command I have following list of files in .bin folder
Windows

Linux

Content of pbjs file:

XSym
0031
157b8dda48ead7ae1c1b7fa9cb4ce729
../../../../protobufjs/bin/pbjs                                         

Expected:
The same list of files in .bin folder on Linux as on Windows
Actual:
Missed files on Linux

Files in .bin are generated by the package manager, and are not part of the package itself.
