Protobuf 5.0.2 line ending problem

protobuf.js version: 5.0.2

Looks like somebody published this to npm with dos line endings

$ /opt/local/bin/pbjs  test.proto
env: node\r: No such file or directory

I fixed it by doing a symbolic link

On mac:

ln -s /usr/local/bin/node $(echo "/usr/local/bin/node\r")

Not the best solution but it work

This affects version 6.8.8 as well, breaking our build under MacOS and Linux.
Need to run find . -type f -print0 | xargs -0 dos2unix in node_modules/protobufjs to fix
