Feature not yet available.

On the browser side, given typescript is supported, it should also be possible to generate Dart wrappers for the underlying javascript as well. The browser side protocol buffer support in Dart is sadly lacking, doesn't currently work. And I think it would be a pretty easy add on this end given typescript is already supported.
