Withdraw Modal is not ignoring dust amounts of Omen Account asset balances

It seems like we are not ignoring dust amounts in the Omen Account. This is related to: #2226 . With not ignoring dust amounts we are having issues like this:

• Withdraw modal should show alert for funding message if account balance per asset is lower than the defined dust amount.
