Report Issues Tab keeps loading in a loop

Hi Team,

On my test ProudCity site (https://noobstalk.com), when I click on Report Issue, it keeps loading in a loop but nothing shows.

I do have have issues enabled in the service center settings and created a test issue called pot holes.

Please check the attached screenshots for reference.

I am missing something?

Yup. It's trying to access our internal API which you don't have access to. You'll need to edit the code there to remove the call and then bring in your own form for issues.
