Documentation: update Kafka-ui/readme.md doc with a latest feature list and go through the rest

Current readme.md doesn't have the KSQL DB, while even videos have it included.
Maybe along with the 0.5 release, with addition of an RBAC info and data masking references.

Hello, @uyentdang . Thanks for the initiative! But I'm afraid the only person able to provide an up to date feature list for KafkaUI is no longer with the team. Once we have sufficient resources, we'll pick up this task.
As for the video, it is right on the readme.md page in the root of kafka-ui repository, the very first one, and it was meant just as an example.
