Wizard: Authentication config - Username and Password are not required for SASL authentication methods

Describe the bug (Actual behavior)

The Username and Password are appears only with Secured with auth? checkbox checking

Expected behavior

The Username and Password should be required for SASL/PLAIN, SASL/SCRAM-256, SASL/SCRAM-512, SASL/LDAP Authentication methods
"Secured with auth?" checkbox is not needed

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to cluster configuration
2. Press Configure authentication
3. Select ASL/PLAIN, SASL/SCRAM-256, SASL/SCRAM-512, SASL/LDAP Authentication methods
4. Check the "Secured with auth?" checkbox
