Is your proposal related to a problem?

I often need to check if all my pods are consuming from certain topic and currently there does not seem a way to do it. I can only expand the topic section in the consumer page and manually count the distinct values in "consumer/host" columns

Describe the solution you'd like

I would love a column "# of members" to be added right before existing "Messages behind" column, so I have a clear view of member counts per topic across all the topics subscribed

Describe alternatives you've considered

As stated above, the only alternative I can think of is counting members manually when the "topic" section is expanded
