Usage of RBAC for no authentication install

I have kafka-ui on Docker running without authentication since i have an external mechanism for auth.
Is it still possible to set the RBAC without any of the official group providers like oauth, ldap etc?
Example:- I want all the users to have read-only access to ACL and topic with MESSAGES_PRODUCE access.

Any advise or workaround will be appreciated. Thanks!

as a workaround: running keycloak in a separate container, it takes around 50 MB of RAM.
