Cluster keystore password not masked

Describe the bug (actual behavior)

ssl.keystore.password used with mTLS is shown plain text when viewing cluster config

Expected behavior

Mask the keystore password like the truststore password.

Create a cluster either dynamically or via the app conf file. Click Configure from the dashboard.
