Option to re-publish one or more messages from the messages queue

There are a lot of time where I find myself, publishing the same message again and again when I am testing out a functionality.
Right now, I have to use the Publish Message button and copy+paste the message to achieve this. This is very cumbersome when needs to be done frequently.

Describe the feature you're interested in

I suggest that, we should have an option to publish individual or bulk messages directly from the message queue.

I want to work on the solution myself, just want confirmation if the maintainers are accepting PRs as the last commit is over 2 years old.
