Use a GPIO to Detect Readonly State?

It could be helpful in the V5a Rev 1 to add a 2-pin jumper and sense whether it is high or low to switch between the readonly state of the CircuitPy drive in boot.py. This would mainly be helpful for development and would not be used in flight.
