Cannot Enable Debugging on 2019 Rev 1.0.0 or 2020 Rev

Am I able to get more information about enabling debugging on the Buddy Board? I Have 2019 Rev 1.0.0 and 2020 Rev, neither allow me to use my Segger debug probe. So any info on using stm32cubeide + segger and/or openocd + segger, or st-link for the buddy boards would be great. I am trying to add some functionality to the HTTP server.

What happens now is that the board resets under nRST signal from the debugger but does not halt to allow debuging or any control via the debugger.

Please provide more details about on-board debugging.
Board resets but does not halt, rendering debugging effectively impossible.
None of the setups result in working debugging:

• neither Windows + STM32CubeIDE with/without openocd
• nor Linux + STM32CubeIDE/openocd/st-util
