Printer model
XL 5 toolheads with Enclosure
Firmware version
6.4.1+12026
Upgrades and modifications
None
Printing from...
Prusa Connect
Describe the bug
It seems to me that the retraction protocol for PC Blend is not well calibrated.
Every time I start a new print the nozzle oozes with PC left in the nozzle, which causes the point measurement of the next print to fail very often. It also leaves tiny specks of filament on every measurement point.
I would suggest a simple fix by decreasing the nozzle temperature for the retraction, to ensure all filament is pulled out of the nozzle.
How to reproduce
Do a couple of larger prints with PC Blend on an XL with the standard Satin Powder-coated Steel Sheet and the XL Enclosure.
Expected behavior
I would expect the retraction and or cooling cycles to remove excess filament from the nozzle with PC Blend, similar to how it does with PLA and PETG.
