Smart Cut tool - smart tool ( as in multimaterial painting )

The 2.6 new cut tool is great
But still depending on a cut plan , so not yet helpful for complex cut.

The idea would be the get benefit of the smart infill tool from Multimaterial painting
to select the area to cut and be able to add some connectors

Example , on this face , the smart tool , can easily select the "mask" or the "hairs" ( see pictures )
the only "missing" step is "the cut !"

Hmm, it's quite an unusual idea. Do you know of any other software that has this feature (free or paid)? It would be nice to try and play with it first.

I tried to find a software to do it "simply" , but there is none ..
The question was based on the "so easy" way to "paint" with the "smart multilateral painting" tool
That it would be great to be able to do it from withing PS
