Organic supports on Overhangs Issue from v2.6.0Alpha3 come back in Release 2.7.1

Description of the bug

Hello everyone!

I use organic supports all the time, but paint it before with "Paint-on supports" tool. Recently rebuild my extruder and start to recalibrate printer and settings. I've found this with automatic generated supports:

1. Overhanged supports over the threshold 35% with "Snug":
   

2. Similar Overhangs but with Organic:
   

On GitHub I find some branches with problem and info that this problem was solved:

• Organic support not supporting all areas that fit the overhang threshold value #9681
• Organic supports not supporting all overhangs, also no brim on bed #9459
• [2.6.0-alpha3] Organic Supports missing important unsupported overhangs #9556

I download older version 2.6.0-alpha4 and with similar settings Organic Supports was fixed (as told in issues upper for this version).
It worked before as expected, but broken in new version 😐

When I write whis post, I've an idea to check some params and found problems in Top contact Z distance with 0 and 0.1 value:

v2.7.1:

1. 0 (soluble)
   

2. 0.1 (detachable)
   

v2.6.0 Alpha4:

1. 0 (soluble)
   

2. 0.1 (detachable)
   

Very interesting, that on clear downloaded v2.6.0 Alpha4 supports was different as last 2 screens and looks better and I cant reproduce them as expected at all. I think here is the problem with settings from older v2.6.0 Alpha3 that I used before:

Only one explanation is that Top contact Z distance has no effect in v2.7.1 as in older v2.6.0 Alpha4. But in my opinion behaviour must be similar for all values 0/0.1/0.2 similar as 0.1/0.2 in v2.6.0 Alpha4 😐
