PrusaSlicer crashes after doing "fill bed with instances..."

Description of the bug

I opened a 3MF file that I had previously made and successfully printed it as a test. It had one tiny model. I right-clicked on the model name in the window on the right and selected "fill bed with instances..." The app immediately crashes when I click the "Slice now" button. I have tried reducing the number of models generated and still it crashes.

I tried with a fresh project and put in the STL file, then did + to add another instance. I then did "number of instances" and put 30. I clicked slice and it crashed again. I started over again, with a blank project, brought back in the STL and just did "number of instances" and made it 20. Clicked slice and no crash. So it seems on the surface to do with the number of models on the bed. I have attached the STL file.

I tried on windows and had no problem.
I tried opening the attached project, I tried filling the surface with instances (108 instances) and in both cases the slicing went without a problem.

Not sure it helps, but I am using on a MacBook Pro 16-inch 2023 with an Apple M2 Max proc and 32GB of RAM.

Testing some more. If I switch the print settings to "0.20 Speed" system preset and the Filament to prusament PETG, then try and fill the bed and slice, it works. If I then switch the print settings and filament to my User Presets, the slicing goes fine.

If I try to slice with my user preset from the start, clicking the slicing button crashes the app.

Hello, @NoSQLKnowHow , I tried to reproduce with your attached 3MF file, but it doesnt crash. When I changed the perimeter generator from Arachne to Classic, then I can confirm crash of app.
