Add setting of bridge speeds separately “over infill” and “between objects”

While printing large objects with top layers (about 100-200 mm/s), a very large bridge over part Infill is printed at a minuscule speed (about 20 mm/s). This seriously increases the printing time (sometimes by 2 times) and will not result in better lid quality in the end. It would be great to make two types of bridges (“normal between objects” and “over infill”) and set them to different speeds (for example 20 mm/s between objects and 100 mm/s over infill).
This feature is available in Ultimaker Cura since version 3.6, if not earlier.

I have attached 4 screenshots, the first 2 with 15 mm/s bridge and the second 2 with 100 mm/s bridge.
