Behavior
There appears to be an issue with the automatically created desktop shortcut to launch PrusaSlicer when I installed using the standalone Windows Installer. In my case, the shortcut properties show that it is running the following command (where xxxxxx is my username in Windows):
C:\Users\xxxxxx\AppData\Local\Programs\Prusa3D\PrusaSlicer\prusaslicer-updater.exe /silent -restartapp prusa-slicer.exe -startappfirst
The result of the above is that I get a notice every time I launch stating that there is a new version available (but that version seems to be the same as my current version of 2.3.0.
Additionally, the shortcut didn't have the correct icon (it was a generic blank icon). I fixed this myself by using the Change Icon option in the properties window for the shortcut and pointed it at the prusaslicer EXE file. When initially clicking this Change Icon button, I got an error message stating that it couldn't find an installer file (apparently this was pointed at an installer that was in a temp folder?).
For now I have just pinned the app to my taskbar (once it was up and running and i cancelled out of the dialog asking if I want to update). (Right click the program icon in the taskbar and choose "Pin to Taskbar"). This launches the program without issue.
NOTE: I had 2.2 installed prior to this, along with a couple of the Beta and RC versions separately installed (downloaded them from Github releases page and placed the directories in my C:/Users/userid folder. I made my own shortcuts to those executables manually. I ended up uninstalling all of these after having some other issues with the installer, and I also ran the "Remove" option that comes up in the 2.3 installer at first launch. I then ran the installer again to do the 2.3 install.
