Slicing error: non-bridge extruded into space

Description of the bug

The perimeter of this circle is being extruded into free space: it's not being laid down as an overhang as it should be, essentially missing the lower below. About 120° of the extruded circle touches no other line. The extruded circle ends up being something like a pentagon.
