Add WalletConnect as a Web3 provider

I have been getting inquiries on adding Wallet Connect as a Web3 provider. This brings in another good alternative other than Metamask and Portis. Opening this issue to track the overall progress

Hey guys sorry for the crazy delay on this. For some reason, things are not coming together as easily as they should. For starters, I had to update Angular and a bunch of other dependencies so that I could update the Typescript version since WalletConnect isn't compatible with old Typescript versions. Everything seems to be running well after the dependency update, except now I'm running into some WalletConnect issues when trying to instantiate Ethers with a Web3 provider. I'm working with Pedro on sorting this out, but just wanted to let you guys know this is still in progress!
