[ISSUE]: Metal Arms - Glitch in the System not work

• I am using either OPL latest stable version, or archived version or OPL beta version

Describe the issue

The NTSC version of Metal Arms - Glitch in the System not work (black screen)

However, the PAL version works, provided that compatibility modes 1, 2 and 6 be activated

I don't use any extra resources (PADEMU, VMC or GSM).

[SLUS_207.86] Metal Arms - Glitch in the System (NTSC)

[SLES_517.58] Metal Arms - Glitch in the System (PAL)

I have checked this game (SLUS_207.86) on SCPH-70004 and SCPH-77004
with OPL 2218 through USB.
Game boots on SCPH-70004 with modes 1+2+6.
I cannot get this game to work on SCPH-77004.

So it refuses to boot on Deckard consoles.

On the other hand the game boots on SCPH-70004 & SCPH-77004
without any compatibility modes with neutrino v1.7.0-30 + NHDDL v1.2.1.

Metal Arms Glitch in the System [SLUS_207.86]:

OPL Stable 1.1.0 SMB (Mode 1 & 2) - works well

OPL Beta 1.2.0 2221 SMB ISO (Mode 1 & 2) - works well
OPL Beta 1.2.0 2221 USB ISO (Mode 1 & 2) - black screen on startup

My PS2 model is SCPH-90008. I use redump images and don't use PADEMU, VMC, GSM.
