[ISSUE]: Opl The game list from the internal hard drive is not loading.

Describe the issue

OPL does not load the game list from the internal hard drive, The indicator is not blinking. It's as if it's not detecting the internal hard drive; I don't know what's causing this problem. I don't know if it's because I always have a USB drive connected to the console; that USB drive doesn't contain games, only ELF files.

I have checked OPL 2218 and 2221 on SCPH-50004 with SCPH-10350 NA.
I do not have this problem with my internal HDD and the games list appear.

This feature is available since rev 2021:

Try to hold down the START button when launching OPL.
In Settings select HDD (APA) Start Mode - Auto
OK.
Check the APA (HDD) list.

If that does not help delete the old config.

Config is usually in mc?:/OPL.

And\Or try to copy OPL to a memory card (e.g. mc0:/APPS).
Launch OPL from a memory card.

It's strange, I know. I have the original adapter modified to SATA, and that didn't happen to me before.

I deleted the old settings and saved a new one, but the problem persists. I don't know if it's because I have a USB device connected; I honestly don't know if that causes conflicts. I used to have it connected to a USB drive. And it worked fine for me. Thank you for your time and for considering my problem.

Can you enter your HDD (hdd0:/) through other software like wLaunchELF?

If you cannot enter MISC/ -> HddManager and checkout HDD STATUS:

If I can access the HDD manager with wlaunchelf, I have no problems there; the problem only persists sometimes with opl when I boot from MC0 or another device. Sometimes it starts up fine, sometimes it doesn't. I don't know what's causing this error. I'm using a 500GB Hitachi HDD.

The 1st option is that you can downgrade your OPL to e.g. 2218, 2197:

BTW I have noticed that in the 1st post you said that your HDD does not work with OPL at all.
Now that it works sometimes?!

If the list wasn't displayed frequently, the indicator wasn't blinking several times as it should when reading from the hard drive. And if I don't have the hard drive cache enabled, I don't know if that's related.And sometimes it works when I have a USB drive plugged into the port, and sometimes it doesn't. Then plug out that USB device.
