The webserver that the CI installs currently only supports HTTP. This is not compatible with the dataladification workflow, which generates HTTPS references in the location records. Therefore the webserver configuration should be extended to support HTTPS.

This involves adding self-signed certificates for the webserver and the signing authority to the trusted CAs. In addition it requires a host name for the CI.
