Hello, I have a problem with this egg.

I have 6 VCpus (Ryzen 9950X3D) and 12 GB of RAM, and every 5 to 10 minutes, my processor runs at 100% and the server slows down and does not respond to any action for 30 seconds.

Have you encountered this problem, and is there a solution?

which egg you used ? wine or proton,
I have not seen that issue (yet) on the wine one .
Do you have 1 big platform ? this can lag the server , best to create small island of platforms and only connect them with the rails?
