Issue Description:

When setting memory to unlimited, server crashes with error Invalid maximum heap size: -Xmx0M. Setting a memory limit or manually removing the Xmx flag from the startup command fixes it.

For any minecraft server you want to set a memory value , not 0/unlimited (this value also breaks the installer part)
