Duplicate 'v' on tooltip for health heartbeat icon in Node List

Current Behavior

vv1.12.1 is shown when hovering over the heartbeat icon in Node List.

Expected Behavior

Only a single v such as v1.12.1

Notice wings version output also includes the duplicate v and might be the source of the issue?

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to Node List in Panel.
2. Hover over a Heartbeat icon.

Why bother opening a (duplicate) issue while you say it's probably already fixed

I don't know if it was correctly fixed. Seeing the commit and changes did not give me confidence. It is also showing in wings version. I did look for duplicates with no filter on issues other than term "version".
