CompatHelper: bump compat for Enzyme in [weakdeps] to 0.13, (keep existing compat)

This pull request changes the compat entry for the Enzyme package from 0.13 - 0.13.104 to 0.13 - 0.13.104, 0.13.
This keeps the compat entries for earlier versions.
