Description

The buttons on some onboarding and sign out pages are very wide on desktop. I expect this is a side-effect of fixing a mobile bug, #1197.

Expected Behaviour

Buttons are full width only on mobile. Align with design.

Steps to Reproduce

1. On desktop
2. Go through onboarding
3. Observe 'Back' and 'Continue' buttons are too wide
4. Sign out
5. Observe 'Homepage' and 'Sign back' in buttons are too wide
