[Bug]: Hot section header should be sticky on the top #1894
Description
Describe the bug
The header should remain sticky at the top of the page to keep navigation visible while scrolling.
In the Users/Posts section, the “See All” button is currently displayed at the top, but it should be positioned at the bottom of the page to follow standard UX patterns.
