Duplicate wiki title gives duplicate URLs

If two wikis are made with the same titles in https://publiclab.org/wiki, the URL path generated for both of them becomes exactly the same, hence the wiki that is created later is unreachable because the URL will always go to the wiki which is created earlier.

An easy solution for this could be to append the nid to the URL. @cesswairimu @jywarren will that be sufficient? If yes, then can I work on this issue?
