Inline text formatting in RichText field doesn't call `onChange`

Description

When selecting all text with Ctrl + A shortcut in RichText and triggering text formatting option, the change isn't saved.

Environment

• Puck version: 0.21.1
• Browser version: Chrome 144, Firefox 147

Steps to reproduce

• Select Hero blocks' description
• Select all text via Ctrl + A shortcut
• Format text using floating tooltip in canvas

What happens

The text is formatted, but not saved.

What I expect to happen

The change should be registered by editor and saved in history.

Hey @DamianKocjan!

Thanks for reporting this, I can confirm I can replicate it.

Just to clarify, this only happens with inline editing, and it isn't limited to ctrl + a, if you try dragging the cursor to select the text (or use shift + arrows), apply the formatting, click in the grey space around the canvas to deselect the component, and undo the changes, you'll see the same behavior:

It seems like onChange is not called when you apply the formatting after selecting text like this. You can see in the video the right sidebar doesn't update with the new formatting after applying it.
