Update ILLiad Documentation to Reflect new Hosted Environment.

Introduction

ILLiad is being moved to hosting. We need to update documentation to reflect how to troubleshoot and request support from the vendor (OCLC) for the application

Acceptance criteria

• Update an existing markdown document or add a new one in the docs directory.

• It has introduction: Explains the goals and purpose of this documentation.

• It has a step by step guide: Provides the exact steps to guide the user on how to do a task.

Additional acceptance criteria

• Document structure of hosted web application
• Document SSO Integration
• Document ILLiad Internal Authenication
• Document how to reach hosted server
• Document how to request support from OCLC.
