Support for Generating Sparse Connection Crossbar

Hi,

Thank you for providing this great tool for generating crossbars! I noticed in the README that the current script generates a fully-connected crossbar. However, I have a use case where I need to generate a sparse connection crossbar, where specific masters are only connected to specific slaves, instead of having all masters connected to all slaves.

Is it currently possible to configure or extend the script to generate such a sparse connection crossbar? If not, would it be possible to add support for this feature in the future?
