Getting started examples not cross linked in registry how-to sections

We received some great feedback from Albert @ Solo regarding our golang tutorials:

Albert:
The only thing that caused me some grief was that the docs... the golang getting started guide (https://www.pulumi.com/docs/clouds/gcp/get-started/review-project/)

• a) has the code samples listed inline which is great, but when I went to the other tutorials I couldn't find the code. I expected it to be on the page like in the getting started guide so did not see the link to github.
• b) once I had worked through the getting started guide, I had closed it and tried to navigate back to it but couldn't find it. I kept landing on this page https://www.pulumi.com/registry/packages/gcp/how-to-guides/ which does not have the guide I was looking for.

Our registry docs should cross reference the getting started tutorials and there's also an opportunity to have the code examples easy to find on GitHub.

@cnunciato I'm wondering with your last revamp of the GCP docs; do you think the following feedback is still a gap for us? if so we can get this on the list for next sprint

@interurban Took a closer look, and this is something different, yeah. My changes did not address the issues this user is describing (e.g., how-to guides not showing code samples, etc.).
