Missing CLI Environment variables

Problem description

• I saw a product documentation issue on the following URL: CLI Environment Variables

Various environment variables are supported by the CLI code but not documented.

Specifically, the following environment variables should be documented:
Note: docs would add PULUMI_ to the beginning of each of these items.

• GITSSH_PASSPHRASE
• SUPPRESS_COPILOT_LINK
• COPILOT
• FALLBACK_TO_STATE_SECRETS_MANAGER
• PARALLEL
• DISABLE_SECRET_CACHE
• PARALLEL_DIFF
• RUN_PROGRAM
• DIY_BACKEND_PARALLEL
