AWS S3 Backend Required Permissions are Unclear

I am trying to create a bucket policy on my Pulumi state bucket that allows only the actions required by Pulumi for reading and writing to the state bucket. However, the documentation does not specify which permissions are required. It would be really helpful if they did!
