Pulumi C# Support for Standalone Azure AI Foundry Project #3257

Feature Request
Our team has implemented an AI solution for our Web Application, and we decided to take the AI Foundry Project approach. We didn't think a hub would be necessary. Is there a timeline on when this support will be added? Currently, Pulumi only supports having a Hub as a dependency when creating an Azure AI Foundry Project
