Hide duplicate examples

If two examples result in exactly the same code, we should remove the duplicate.

See pulumi/registry#8287 (review) for original user issue.

In the github provider, there's a duplicate example to demonstrate a syntax change in terraform between two versions, which for Pulumi has no impact, so they produce exactly the same example code.
