Release pulumi-terraform-bridge

This is an issue to track releasing the pulumi-terraform bridge.

Particular concerns:

• The bridge is >10 minor versions behind of pulumi/pulumi due to a persistent bug in examples conversion. We believe Revert #20345 pulumi#20714 fixes this issue for us, and once that has been released, the latest pu/pu version should be updated. There's weekly automation around this; it may be better to not wait and update manually.

• Please follow bridge release process as per usual.
